HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Boss Lashes takes 2-3 business days after the order is received to process the shipment information. Once the package has been delivered to the carriers orders can take up to 5-10 business days to show movement on the tracking information. Total shipping time can be delayed due to COVID-19.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST OR STOLEN?

JBoss Lashes is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages, all orders that are shipped as first class priority are NOT INSURED!

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS & THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER

For packages returned to Boss Lashes, customers will be sent a customized reshipping invoice that must be paid in full for the order to be resent to the correct address! The email will be sent from jbosslashes@yahoo.com.
